The Bible was written by man.

The next time you hear this, ask the question: “who did you expect to write it? The Bible tells us, in II Timothy 3:16, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” Generally speaking, if we were to use a text that was for correction and reproof, yet required correction itself, it would no longer be worthy for utilization of correction and reproof. Nevertheless, when a person makes this claim, they are inferring the Bible is full of errors. Ask them to show you where. It is at this point where it is always beneficial to have a Bible on you that you can hand to them in order for them to show you the errors. Due to the nature of this bold stance in accordance with I Peter 3:15, you must therefore, saturate yourself in the scriptures and study the seemingly difficult passages within the Bible. These are the areas where the objector will aim first. A good website to study Bible difficulties is www.carm.org .
